Most services are processed automatically and instantly. Manual services may take longer, as shown on each service's delivery time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary based on supplier/server availability.
We rely on upstream suppliers and servers for many services. While we work only with suppliers we consider reliable, we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate on every order — some devices, models, or carriers may not be supported even if a service is listed. See our Refund Policy for what happens when an order cannot be completed.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. XDA Unlocker is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to shared or leaked credentials.
Our services must not be used on stolen or illegally obtained devices. XDA Unlocker reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent or illegal activity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of XDA Unlocker after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
